General Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellations / Refunds

    • A cancellation is confirmed only upon written acknowledgment from us.
    • Charges apply as follows:
      • 14–8 days before arrival: 50% of total price.
      • 7–0 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of total price.
    • No refunds for unused services or itinerary changes made by the passenger without prior approval.

  • Baggage

    • Limit: 2 normal-sized suitcases per passenger for all transports.
    • Passengers are fully responsible for their belongings throughout the trip.
    • Land transport: Baggage carried at the passenger’s risk; presence during loading/unloading is recommended.
    • Air, rail, or sea transport: Carrier rules apply. Claims for damage/loss/delay must be made to the carrier.
    • Large baggage (e.g., bicycles, surfboards) may incur extra charges—please inquire in advance.
    • Economy class air transport: Typically allows 15kg; excess baggage may be refused or charged extra.
    • Do not store valuables, medication, documents, or money in checked baggage.

  • Tips / Taxes / Tickets

    • Entry tickets to museums/sites during excursions are included.
    • Tips are not included and are at your discretion.

  • Travel Documents

    • Valid passport and applicable visas are required.
    • Minors under 18 must carry a notarized parental authorization letter.
    • We are not responsible for lost travel documents (e.g., vouchers, ferry/flight tickets). Reissue fees apply.

  • Health Requirements

    • Any physical/mental conditions requiring special attention must be disclosed during booking.

  • Travel Insurance

    • Not included in our packages.
    • Strongly recommended to protect your investment against cancellations, interruptions, or emergencies.
