This tour offers a budget experience covering the Central Europe Capitals who wish to see the mostimportant sights in Prague, Budapest and Vienna. The tour is medium paced (days usually start at 9 am inthe morning and ends by 8 pm). It involves stay in comfortable 4 star hotels (typically in the outskirts ofcities 12-15 km from city center). There are delicious Indian meals provided on tour and also a full timeexperienced tour manager (who speaks Hindi and English) accompanies the group to take care of theirneeds.

What to expect
  • Hotels will be located on the outskirts of cities (approx. 18–25 km from city center).
  • All transfers and sightseeing (as per itinerary) will be in an air-conditioned coach.
  • Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons per room.
  • For the 3rd person in a triple room, hotels usually provide a rollaway bed; room size remains the same as a double room.
  • Approximate hotel room sizes:
    • 4-star hotels: 190–230 sq ft
    • 3-star hotels: 120–180 sq ft
  • Free bottled water is not provided in hotels; tap water is generally drinkable across Europe.
  • One-stop flights (into Paris, out of Milan) provided from: DEL, BOM, BLR
  • Up to two-stop flights (into Paris, out of Milan) may be provided from: AMD, CCU, HYD, MAA
  • All airline tickets include 23 kg check-in baggage and in-flight meals.
  • Visa appointments are guaranteed, but visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy and not under our control.

  • Upgrade charges for flights or hotel rooms; air ticket deviation costs.
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations affecting tour cost before departure.
  • Pre/post-tour hotel accommodation costs.
  • Additional expenses due to route/airline/date changes or force majeure situations.
  • Personal expenses: laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, etc.
  • Costs due to personal emergencies (illness, hospitalization, etc.).
  • Activities or services not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.

Important Notes

General

  • Booking deposit: ₹30,000/person (if >45 days before travel), plus ₹45,000 within 1 week
  • For travel within 45 days: ₹75,000 deposit/person at booking
  • Full payment due 21 days before travel
  • Non-payment may lead to cancellation and forfeiture
  • Visa rejection: ₹15,000 + visa fees (if applicable)
  • Passport must be valid for 6 months from departure
  • Cancellation:

    • 30 days: 10% charges

    • 15–30 days: 50% charges

    • <15 days: Non-refundable
  • Hotel check-in: 3 PM / check-out: 11 AM (early check-in subject to availability)
  • 1 check-in bag + 1 handbag per person recommended
  • Price may change if European taxes increase
  • No refunds for unused services
  • Minimum 20 passengers required; smaller groups may be merged without missing sights
  • Tours subject to government regulations

  • Hotels are usually 15–18 km from city centers
  • All transfers and tours by AC coach
  • Only continental breakfast provided (unless specified)
  • Eating/drinking in the coach is not allowed
  • No porters in Europe; carry your own luggage
  • Maintain respect towards all staff and tour personnel
  • Tipping is mandatory (€3/person/day); collected by tour manager during the trip
